Jay Glass Dubs is giving us a glimpse of his forthcoming album with a crucial tune that invokes the spirit of Tricky, when he was roaming the earth spreading the Pre - Millennium Tension vibes, but also the fragile beauty of the Italian Minimalists and the other-worldness of the late Mark Hollis. Jasmine of the mighty Jabu crew provided the vocals and to use the word haunting is an understatement.
Hodge on the other hand delivers a different flavour, taking the original tune to a "big drum n bass remixes of the 90's" territory but adding a huge amount of Bristol bass pressure that only the Full Cycle crew at their 94 formation could give you.
Album will be available on physical and digital form "when the gods are silent"

All the tracks are great but Stepper is the standout for me! pounding syncopated kicks, rolling handdrums and playful sample work, dancefloor destroyer. Jack G.
